2010 UPS Policies
Now more than ever, we at Quintain Marketing are well aware that careful budgeting and expense management is critical. To this end, we wanted to advise you of some changes that UPS (our carrier of choice) has made to its shipping rates for 2010 so that you may plan accordingly. 
2010 Policies Effective January 4, 2010
• UPS Ground, Air and International Service Rate will all increase 4.9%.
• Fuel surcharge calculations changes in the New Year will better align UPS fuel surcharges, and decrease volatility when fuel prices fluctuate.
• UPS will be adding a guaranteed ground UPS Standard Service to Mexico. Currently UPS is the only guaranteed ground package service from Mexico.
