Apartment and Office Building Association Celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the TOBY Awards

This year, the Washington, DC-based Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) is celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the TOBY Awards. The TOBY Award is recognized as the most esteemed and comprehensive program of it’s kind in the commercial real estate industry, rewarding quality and excellence in office building management.
AOBA works annually with Quintain Marketing to produce the TOBY awards, and this year, recipients of a 2009-2010 TOBY will notice a slight change in the crystal’s aesthetics. The left sided vertical TOBY on the award will be etched and filled with silver.
