Quintain Marketing Selected by Apartment & Office Building Association to Design and Produce Annual Awards

The Washington, DC-based Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) has chosen Quintain Marketing to undertake the production and re-design of their annual TOBY awards, Leadership Awards, and Outstanding Associate Member Award.
The TOBY award rewards quality and excellence in office building management and is recognized as the most esteemed and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. Quintain worked exclusively with their preferred crystal and award supplier to redesign the crystal statues given to TOBY winners.
AOBA Leadership Awards recognize outstanding AOBA members for their contributions to the industry and their tireless support of AOBA’s mission through education, training, management, administration and legislation. For this award, Quintain selected framed, hand painted, miniature artwork. Each frame features three hand painted scenes of prominent Washington, DC monuments and sights. Quintain works with the miniature artist to create different scenes so there is different artwork featured every year.
The Outstanding Associate Member Award is given to an AOBA Associate Member who has met the criteria of making the most significant contributions in the areas of leadership, vision and volunteerism.
